Depart on a cruise adventure through the Laos countryside and into Thailand onboard the new ‘Mekong Luxury’ boat. The new boat provides another option besides Luangsay Cruise. The Mekong Luxury comes complete with cabins, allowing guests to overnight on the vessel rather than having to disembark and stay on the mainland.
This exciting excursion is a combination of river cruising and our overnight beach camp experience. After spending the afternoon sightseeing on the river, guests are then invited to enjoy a riverside barbecue dinner at one of our beach camps, complete with a bonfire and the beauty of Laos at hand. A selection of drinks are also included. On the journey we visit our riverside CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) project at Ban Thin Hong weaving and fishing village. Here guests have an opportunity to interact with locals and learn about rural Lao life and handicrafts. It’s a great experience for those in search of a deeper insight into Lao Culture.
