Luke Nguyen is known as an accomplished chef in Australia with a number of restaurants and more recently as a judge on Vietnam’s Masterchef. He has now opened Grain, a cooking class experience in Ho Chi Minh City that leaves guests inspired by Vietnam’s culinary culture. In addition to learning the fundamentals of food preparation and presentation, guests get a glimpse into Vietnamese history through each individual dish they create, as Chef Nguyen adds his unique character and inspirational persona to each class. The interactive, hands-on approach allows guests to select and choose their own produce, herbs and spices before creating four separate dishes from start to finish. With fully equipped cooking stations, a pantry, and Chef Nguyens ability to demystify Vietnamese Cuisine, participants will be left thoroughly satisfied with their experience.
There is limited availability to arrange live cooking classes led by Luke in July 2015. Exclusive classes can be arranged from 14th to 17th from 9am to 12pm – these are ideal for small leisure or meeting and incentive groups.
