Destination Asia Singapore Thrills Agents with Memorable FAM Trip

Seven invited agents had the opportunity to visit Singapore as our guests on a familiarisation trip this April. On their arrival, they were treated to a night out at the famous Lau Pat Sat, one of the most monumental structures in Singapore, where they tucked into some unique local street food.

On day two, they were immersed in Singapore’s highly diverse culture, which melds together Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan influences. Our guests told us the highlight was an exhilarating sidecar ride along the alleys of colourful Peranakan houses. They were also thrilled to meet and sit down for lunch with Liao Fan Hawker Chan, also known as Chan Hon Meng, originally a humble stall owner who rose to become an acclaimed chef, whose unassuming shophouse and simple but stunningly good food have brought him a Michelin star.

Last but not least, the group visited Sentosa, Singapore’s very own island home, which is packed with exciting events, themed attractions, award winning spas, lush rainforests and golden beaches. On Sentosa, they got to experience many family friendly activities including Cable Car, SkyHelix Sentosa and the unmissable Fort Siloso Skywalk.
